Pair of houses. Early 18th century with alterations. Yellow London stock brick.
Tiled mansard to No 5, slated to No 6. 2 storeys, basements and dormers. Each 3 windows wide. Moulded cornices below parapets. Gauged flat arches to mostly recessed sashed windows, mainly small paned. Wood hoods above entran-ces. No 6 with cove below hood. Low forecourt walls, No 5 with wood rail-ings and gate. No 6 with wrought-iron railings and ornamental gate with
side panels and overthrow between brick piers with moulded stone caps, one
with wrought-iron lampholder above.
INTERIOR. No 6 has imported 16th century carving and panelling.
