House. Early 18th century, altered. Brown bricks. Red dressings, Old tile
roof with 2 parallel ridges behind parapet. 2 storeys, 3 bays, 1 bay extension
to right. Red gauged flat arches to sashed windows (c20 metal window lst floor
right) wood porch, open pediment, Doric columns. Ground storey windows, later
architrave surrounds. Later 20th century floor to ceiling glazing ground floor
right.lst floor windows have fretted blind boxes. The cottage is set back
from road and has modern shops on front garden boundary.
