Substantial House, Circa 1746, with later remodelling, and restoration after
war damage. Formerly St Paul's Vicarage. Brown brick, red brick dressings,
slate roof, 2 storeys, basement and dormers. 5 windows with 1 window entrance
extension to left. Ionic porch, with dentil cornice; arched patterned
fanlight to entrance. Iron Balustrade with varanda hood forming balcony
above. Slightly recessed sashes with glazing bars. Red brick band to first
floor. Cornice below brick parapet. Hipped slate roof. Interior not seen.
