Former courthouse. 1908. Red brick, Portland stone. English baroque style. Two storeys, seven windows wide, three central ones set forward under pediment. Single storey wing to right with entrance beneath open segmental pediment. Windows corniced, with triangular pediment to centre ground floor three and segmental pediment to upper centre window. Upper windows with carved stone aprons. Prominent keystones. Rusticated brick quoins to main block. Crest with lion and unicorn to pediment.
