Stuccoed with hipped slate roof. French windows to ground storey within
segmental relieving arch; margin glazing. Architraves to lst floor windows.
Sashes, small panes, glazing bars. Entrances to flanks. Listed as part of
group with nos 17 to 19 and 21-23.
