1893, by A Mitchell for himself. (Originally known as Grave Hill Cottage).
Two-storeys. Three bays. Ground-storey, painted brick, first-storey, tile hung. Left bay, entrance door with flanking window right and weatherboarded gablet above eaves. Centre bay, canted bay window with hipped tile roof on ground-storey and bracketed 4-light mullioned casement over with weatherboarded gable. Right bay, ground-storey bay window with hipped rile roof and single window over, offset to left. Garage to left (not of special interest). Single-storey, hipped roof.
