1913, by Harry Prince. Symmetrical red brick with stone dressings in C18 style.
Two-storeys, 4-bays first floor, 3-bays ground floor. casemented mullion and
transom windows. Stone rustications and cornice. Tile roof with large louvred cupola.
Central door with stone pilastered surround and broken pediment.
