1889 by E S Prior. Single-storey, square red brick addition to house (demolished
circa 1975) with complex red tiled roof, part half-hipped, becoming octagonal in
its upper stages and terminating in a glazed lantern. Street elevation dominated
by a huge mullioned and transomed round headed window filled with glazing bars.
