1908, by Baillie Scott. Asymmetrical roughcast 2-storey house with tile roof.
Central recessed gable with entrance door and 4-light window over. On left is
projecting gable with central 4-light window to ground-storey and 3-light window
to first floor. On right is narrow gable wing of one window width with panelled
oriel to first floor. Each gable end is weatherboarded.
