Late C18 or early C19. Stucco. 3 storeys. 2 double-hung sashes in architraves.
Ground floor: chanelled laterally as ashlar; 6-panel door in architrave;
door and window have entablatures. Cornice and pediment. Later attic
storey. Has been strengthened against floods. NMR.

Cedar House, Swan House, Island House, Norfolk House, Garden wall, railings
to Island House and Norfolk House and St John's House form a group.
