Late C18 stucco house. 3 storeys, 3 double-hung sashes without glazing
bars. Ground floor has Roman Doric piers with moulded caps and bosses and
segmental arches. Windows between pilasters have reeded surrounds; 4-panel
double doors with segmental fanlight above. 1st floor French window and
balcony with cast iron elaborate railing and canopy. 2nd floor plain panelled
pilasters at angles, paired Roman Doric pilasters either side of central
window. Entablature and parapet.
