The following building was de-listed on 9th July 1998.

Early C19. Brown brick. 2 storeys and basement. Rendered parapet slate
roof. 4 windows, flat arch no glazing bars. Ground floor 3 round-arched
windows round arched doorway with fanlight. Doorway to No 66 at side
in 1-storey wing stuccoed flanked by reeded half column. Modern door,
round arched fan. Steps to doors railings.
