Brown brick. 3 storeys and basement. Stone capped parapet. 4 windows,
brick voussoirs, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Later canted bays
on ground floor, pentice slate roofs. Stone-capped parapet. Round-headed
moulded stuccoed doorways, like those of Nos 10 and 11 but with keystone
and 6-panel doors. Railings to steps up to doors.

Nos 10 to 13 (consec) form a group.
