Later C16 timber-framed barn, of 3 large bays, High pitched tiled roof, Weatherboarded
walls, some of the boarding old. Queen post roof with some wind braces. Later
1st floor inserted. 1-bay left extension of similar materials.

Southlands, its forecourt and garden walls form a group with the Barn to South
of Avenue Cottage and the wall to the east of the Barn.
