Early-mid C19 villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Hipped slate roof with eaves
soffit. Stock brick. Gauged brick arches to windows, those on 1st floor altered
casements, those on ground floor replaced sashes with glazing bars. Half glazed
4-panel door under segmental arch with blocked fanlight. Wood trellis porch
with swept lead roof. Group value.

Moorcroft, the Wall to South, House to North-East, stable and Coachhouse to
North and Vine Cottage form a group.
