Late C19 cottage in decorative "Elizabethan" style. 2 storeys, 1 bay, with
lean-to right extension. Half-timbered 1st floor has plastered filling with
incised designs. Patterned framing and wood dentil cornice in gable. 1st floor
oversails on beam ends, those at angles carved. Brick ground floor. Small
paned casements, that in front under cambered relieving arch with carved brick
apron below. Recessed porch in angle has carved wood posts.
