Mid C19 building of 3 storeys, 2 windows. Front now roughcast, with alternating
block rusticated quoins and banded rusticated stucco ground floor with set
back centre divided by attached, paired Doric columns. These support fascia
with ornamental cornice. Entablature and balustraded parapet, concealing roof.
Moulded architraves to sash windows with margin lights, those on 1st floor
with console bracketed cornices. Ornamental surround to door at left looks
later in period. Graded for group value.
