Circa 1800 pair, each 3 storeys, 2 windows. Yellow stock brick with stone-coped
parapet. Recess on axis. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing
bars, those on 1st floor in elliptical arched recesses. No 74 has modern shop
on ground floor. No 75 has 2 windows and, on left, a 6-panel door with reeded
quadrant pilasters, cornice head and patterned radial fanlight.
Nos 74 to 76 (consec) form a group.
