C19 stucco house of good design. 2 storeys, 3 windows, double hung sashes
except for central 1st floor French windows onto balcony. Ground floor plinth,
wood panels in reveals from floor to window level; wood mullions and transoms,
narrow side and top lights to windows, segmental sunk brick panels above.
Porch of painted wood up 2 steps; octagonal columnTw, entablature, fanlight
with semi-circular tracery, iron railings to roof to form balcony. Paired
brackets to eaves, hipped slate roof.
