Mid C19 2-storey, 5-window stucco villa. Hipped slate roof. Recessed sash
windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor round arched. Console bracketed
cornices, coarsely moulded, over 1st floor windows. Central door, now half
glazed, with plain fanlight.
