Mid C19 building, one storey in front but with a full basement storey behind.
Hipped slate roof with deep eaves. Painted brick walls. 2 sash windows,
with glazing bars, at each side of a projecting brick centre bay which holds
2 doors and a small window. Group value.

[The Shovel Inn, the Toll House and Nos 73 & 75 form a group.
