St Leonard's Farmhouse
TQ 08 NE 41/342
T-shaped 16 building largely re-fronted in C19 red brick, although some old
brick is visible. Front of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Left bay, the head of the
T projectssSlightly under gable. High pitched tiled roofs. Compound brick
stack with cornice in several planes. Horizontal sliding sash windows. 6-panel
door in angle of left wing. Inside much exposed timber including one ground
floor room with fine ceiling of chamfered beams and joists. Side purlin roof
with queen posts and stout wind braces.
