1576, much restored. South-East front of 2 storeys, 5 windows, the 2nd and
4th in full height canted bays. Red brick laid in English bond, with stone
coped parapet. Brick mullions and transoms to windows with modern leaded casements.
Modern pointing conceals the quality of the brickwork. High pitched roof with
tiles renewed. Reproduction central door in wood porch. 2-storey left extension
probably C18. Road end has Dutch gable and early C18 3-light sash window.
Rear view shows 3 tall chimney stacks, each of 3 hexagonal shafts above moulded
brick cornices.
