Thirteenth century. Spire restored by Hesketh in 1854, south aisle by Jackson in 1870. East window probably 17th century. First with stone dressings and tiled roof. Comprises four bay nave, with south aisle, unaisled chancel, south west porch and vestry. Low western tower with octagonal shingled spire. Arcade to Jackson's south aisle has coupled timber columns supporting two separate longitudinal beams. Dormers. Four Flemish roundels in west window, with two quatrefoils containing other 16th or 17th century pieces. Two windows by Kempe and Towers, one in north and other in south aisle.
