2 pairs, early-mid C19. Each house 2 storeys attic and basement, 1
window in centre block under pediment; 2 storeys, 1 window in slightly
set back outer entrance bay with cornice and blocking course.
Multicoloured stock brick with stuccoed fronts. Pilasters, single at
angles and paired in centre, support wide frieze under overhanging
pediment. lst floor cill band. Moulded architraves to sash windows with
glazing bars, those in tympanum round arched. Console bracketed cornices
to ground floor windows. 6 steps to prostyle Ionic porch. 4-panel door
with rectangular fanlight.

Nos 258 to 266 (even) form a group.
