One of a pair with No 1 Dartmouth Grove (Lydia House),,(qv) in the style
associated with Michael Searles. Late C18 or early Cl9. Stucco.
3 storeys, attic and basement in pedimented centre block of 2 windows;
2 storeys, and basement in 2-window, abutting North wing under half-
pediment. Fairly low pitched, slated roof. Dentil cornices and pediments.
Oval window (shared) in centre pediment. Plain reveals to recessed,
replaced sash windows with glazing bars. At Ground floor centre a shallow,
3 window canted bay with cornice and balustraded parapet. Blank windows
on axis. Entrance on return, but main front, as described, facing Heath.
