Early C19 house with later C19 west addition. Multicoloured stock brick.
Original house has cornices at 2nd floor and eaves level and brick parapet.
3 storeys and sunk basement. Originally 3 windows, but centre windows altered;
on lst floor 1, on 2nd floor 2, narrow windows. Gauged brick arches and stucco
lined reveals. Late C19 sashes. Ground floor windows round headed in round
arched recesses resting on stucco band. 3 steps to large quasi-Tuscan porch
with paired columns, hollow pediment and balustraded sides. 4-panel door with plain
fanlight in round headed opening. Small entrance extension at East. West wing of
2 storeys, 3 windows, those on lst floor grouped. Gabled front. Windows as in
older part except for stuccoed keystones; and projecting cill with cast iron
guard to 1st floor windows. Extra window inserted on 1st floor left.

Nos 10 to 15 (consec) and Forecourt Walls form a group.
