1805 with alterations. 3 storeys, 3 windows, and additions. Multicoloured stock brick. Fairly low pitched, hipped slate roof. Gauged flat brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing bars in stucco lined reveals. Wide stucco porch with 4 flat pilasters and wreaths in frieze. Side lights, and rectangular fanlight with mullions, to double door. lst floor centre window in projecting stucco piece similar to porch. 2-storey l-window left extension with blank ground floor; and projecting right extension with stable door. Now 3 flats. Rear elevation has 1st floor verandah with iron balustrade and hood on brackets; and trellis porch below.
