1805 with alterations. 2 storeys and sunk basement, 3 windows, irregular.
Multicoloured stock brick. Stone mutule cornice and blocking course with
tablet: "Eliot Vale, 1805" Low pitched, slated roof concealed. Gauged
flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. Right bay altered
providing very long upper window and small round ground floor window.
Gauged brick round arch to doorway. Patterned fanlight over, with wide
cornice head. Door of 6 fancy panels and side lights. 2-storey, 1-window
right extension. 2-storey, 2-window low wing at extreme right, partly of
red brick, which is an incorporation of an older cottage.
