Second quarter of C19. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows, Greyish stock brick.
Rusticated stucco ground floor and basement. Fairly low pitched, double span,
hipped slate roof with eaves soffit. All windows sashes with glazing bars, those
on 1st floor with wood architraves. Arched chimney stack at left. Ground floor
and basement windows in two round bays. Sashes rounded to conform. 11 rebuilt
steps to curved terrace before 6-Panel door with patterned fanlight. Moulded
architrave with imposts above panelled quasi-pilasters.

Nos 62 and 64 form a group.
