Early Cl9 with alterations. Brick. 2-storey, 2-window left part plain,
stone-coped parapet. Replaced sash windows with glazing bars. Crude,
prostyle porch, with dentil cornice, at right. A small window inserted
at either side of porch. 2-storey, 3-window right part has stucco
entablature, with dentil cornice and blocking course. Shouldered, moulded
architraves to replaced sash windows, those on ground floor with console
bracketed cornices. Barred ground floor windows. Garage door inserted
at right. Said to have been the house of the Duke of Clarence.

Nos 62 and 64 form a group.
