Villa, 2nd quarter of C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows, yellow stock brick. Fairly low
pitched, hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves soffit and thin, moulded cornice below.
Moulded stucco architraves to sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor windows
have frieze, cornice and bracketed cills. Outer windows in slightly projecting sections.
Prostyle Ionic porch with fluted columns, entablature and blocking course. Replaced
6-panel door and rectangular fanlight.

No 2 (Manse of Sydenham Congregational Church) shall be amended to read No.2
