Pair, 2nd quarter of Cl9. Each 3 storeys, attic and basement.
1 window in centre block under wide pediment with 2 half-lunettes;
one in two-storey, set back outer bay with stucco entablature and
blocking course. Recess on axis, rebated angles. Multicoloured
stock brick. Moderately low pitched slated roof. Gauged flat brick
arches to sash windows with glazing bars and margin lights, those of No 16
with blind cases. 6 steps, with wrought iron handrail, to 4-panel door,
with plain rectangular fanlight, in small porch of rusticated stucco with
segmental arch and entablature above.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group.
