House of early C19 appearance which may have an older core. 2 storeys,
attic and sunk basement, 9 windows. Slated mansard roof, gentle curve, hipped at
left. 5 square dormers, Stucco with parapet and lst floor string.
Slightly projecting end bays have three-light windows in modified entablature
surround on ground floor. Long projecting centre bay with rounded end.
Sash windows with glazing bars (some replaced) in reeded architraves.
Centre window curved. Central door of two long panels with pilasters,
reeded cornice head and plain rectangular fanlight in narrow architrave.
Three wide steps to door; cast iron railings to area well. Curved sash
windows with margin lights on sides of centre projection. North-east return
shows old brick wall with stuccoed franc to wicket gate.
