C18 red brick wall with entrance to set of brick storage chambers. 2 tunnel-vaulted
rooms lead to a narrow tunnel-vaulted passage running south to a deep oval shaped
ice well. There is no entrance from the Manor House Gardens side, although
further, now inaccessible chambers are known to have existed.
