Formerly Eliot Vale Cottage.
1805, originally 1 house. 2 storeys and basement. 3 window wide centre
block with side wings largely rebuilt and red brick addition to No 3.
Multicoloured stock brick with parapet front. Gauged flat brick
arches to sash windows with glazing bars in wood-lined reveals.
Left window on ground floor altered to door, and 3 small modern
windows inserted in front. 4-panel door, in fluted architrave,
with narrow side lights. Patterned fanlight in gauged round brick
arch. Ornamental iron porch with swept lead hood. Graded largely
for doorway and porch,
