Early-mid C19 villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Fairly low pitched,
hipped slated roof with deep eaves soffit. Projecting left bay.
Stucco, lst floor sash windows with glazing bars (the outer ones
3-light) defined by pilasters resting on cill band and rising to
frieze. Later blind cases. At ground floor left a canted bay with
glazing bars. 2 right bays, slightly forward of lst floor, with
frieze, cornice and blocking course. At right 5 steps to 4-light
long easement with transom. 4 steps to central door, now half glazed,
well set back Narrow reeded architrave and plain rectangular fanlight.
