Early to mid C19. Pair of semi-detached houses. Stucco, roof partly slate and partly concrete tiled. Regency Gothic style. Two storeys. Four main bays, altogether, the outer ones set back with entrances. Mullioned windows. Oriel window on first floor to right hand side. Ground floor bay window to left gables. Forms a group with St James's Church and St James's Gardens.
