Early C19. Pair of semi-detached houses similar to Nos 37-55. Two storeys and
basement. Stucco. Pilasters to centre and corners. Four windows. Ground floor
French casements. Cast-iron balconys. Round-headed sashes to first floor.
Overhanging eaves and low-pitched slate roof. Entrances recessed at sides.
