Circa 1880. Red and yellow brick with terra-cotta enrichments. Four storeys and
attics and basement. 7 sash windows. Two bay windows on ground floor. Band course
with alternating paterae above first floor. Porch with rusticated arch and crowned
with terra-cotta anthemions. Group value.
