1886. J M Brydon, Architect. Red brick, with stone dressings. One storey and
basement. Pedimented centre with coupled Ionic pilasters and wood cupola. Lower wings
with balustraded parapets and 3 rusticated serlian windows first floor. At rear of and
part of Chelsea Town Hall, King's Road (qv). Good interior. Part of the former
Chelsea Town Hall.
