1930, by Oliver Hill. Two-storey 5-bay symmetrical neo-Georgian house, of
white-painted stucco with a pantile roof and 2 tall brick chimney stacks. Entrance bay
breaks slightly forward from 3-bay central pedimented projection. Ten-panelled door,
and window above within segmental-pedimented case. Segmental-headed sash-window with
glazing bars, and keystone above. Small oval window in pediment. Quoins at first
floor level. Beneath, walls curve out to street level and screen one-storey service
wing and passage - entrance to this a modern replacement. Fine interior survives
intact.
