brick quoins. Red gauged flat arches and dressings to window. Large hooded and glazed
balcony added across first floor. Return 3-window front to Beaufort Street has centre
Palladian windows at ground and first floor with large semi-circular window above, and
2 storey north addition with bow windows to ground and first floor.
