Dwelling houses, 1863-77. Probably Thomas Cundy III. Four storeys plus attic and
basement. Each house 3 windows wide. Stucco, channelled to ground floor. Ionic
porches. Continuous balustrade and round headed windows to first floor. Cornices with
consoles to second floor windows. Pediments to some centre windows. Segmental windows
to third floor. Dentil cornice above third floor. Area railings. Part of Cornwall
Gardens layout.
