Terraced house. Mid C19. Stucco. Right hand part 3 windows wide, 3 storeys, attic and
basement. Centre first floor window pedimented. Lower extension to left, 3 windows
wide, 2 storeys. Advanced Doric porch. Rich dentil cornice. Pediment to first floor
centre window. Modillion cornice. First floor cast iron balconies to both parts.
Cast iron area railings of strong design with balls and spikes. LCC plaque - home of
the painter Lavery.
