Semi-detached dwelling houses. 1881-4. Ernest George and Peto. Pitched, hipped,
tiled roofs. Red brick. Three storeys and dormers. Advanced pavilion to outer side
of each, to No 35 of 2 windows wide with tall central chimney rising from second storey
and entrance to left, to 37 of 4 windows wide, with Dutch gable in roof. Windows
mullioned and transomed with segmental relieving arches and carved brickwork over
leaded lights. Brick pilasters between. Linking section of 3 windows between the 2
pavilions.
Railings to forecourt.
Interior of 37 survives. Interior of 35 not seen.
