Early C19 pair with extensions. Original houses 3 storeys and basement; 2
windows in main block; 2-storey, one-window, slightly set back entrance extensions.
Stock brick with stucco entablature and blocking course. Gauged flat brick
arches to sash widnows with glazing bars (mostly replaced). Arcaded ground
floor with stone impost band. Four-panelled doors in moulded architraves within
Ionic porches in antis. Later 2-storey extension in similar style at either
end; entrance bay of No 50 has been heightened to 3 storeys.
