Early-mid C19 small villa of two storeys and basement, three windows. Stock brick;
fairly low-pitched hipped slated roof. Gauged brick arches to sash windows,
those on ground floor elliptical-headed in elliptical-arched recesses. Seven
steps to door with fluted quadrant pilasters, cornice head and patterned fanlight,
in round-arched recess.
