1833 dated on central plaque. Two-storey, 3-window stock brick villa with much
stucco decoration. Cornice and blocking course, and 3 wide plaques inscribed
CLIFTON 1833 COTTAGE on expanse of wall below. First floor cill band and impost
bands on both floors; high plinth. Gauged brick arches to sash windows, round
on ground floor in round-arched recesses, flat above in elliptical arched recesses.
Six-panel door with engaged, fluted Doric columns, reeded head and blocked fanlight,
all in a stucco panel with banded rustications forming voussiors to opening.
