Early-mid C19 pair, each 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stock brick with
stucco frieze, cornice and blocking course; and stuccoed basement and ground
floor to first floor cill band. Sash windows with margin lights under gauged
brick arches on second floor, and in eared moulded architraves below, with console
bracketed cornices on ground floor. Ornamental cast iron guards to first floor
windows. Six steps, with plain wrought iron handrails, to 4-panel doors well
recessed in modified entablature surround.
